Setup of your Himalayan salt lamp
1. Remove plastic from your salt lamp.
2. Screw the light bulb firmly into the power cable fitting.
3. Gently push in the metal clips and insert the fitting into the base of the salt lamp until the metal clips spring into place.
4. Check power point switch is OFF. Plug power cable into power point.
5. Turn on power and your salt lamp is ready to go!
How to clean and look after your Himalayan salt lamp
1.No need to wash salt lamp
1-To clean, switch lamp off
2-Himalayan salt lamp as its natural effect is one of self cleansing. With its antibiotic properties it does not need washing. If it gets dusty, just use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean it.
3-If lamp gets wet leave in strong sunlight for 4 to 5 hours and brush off any excess crystals.
4-When not in use for long periods, disconnect your power cable and remove from the lamp, and store the salt lamp and base in a plastic bag to help prevent the lamp absorbing moisture  In humid conditions we recommend placing your lamp onto a small tray or dish in the rare case they may pool water.

MOQ: We have no such restriction. Our policies are client friendly, you may place order for any quantity you may wish. Our whole sales packages start from 20 kgs.



Shipment: We have different shipping method which are being used per customer's wish. If you are in hurry and intend to receive your order in shortest time, we ship it by air, you are still in hurry and wish to have your order in couple of days then we send it by couriers. We enjoy the special discounts from couriers too. For volume order shipments are sent by sea in secure wooden boxes as LCL or as containerized in container.



Order Processing and shipment: Order are shipped within 5-30 days , depends on order volume.

Return and Refund Policy: Any product get damaged during transit is replaced or adjusted in next order. We do not make cash refund.(We havn't had such complaints so for though)
